Bihu Festival

Bihu is the main festival of Assam. There are three types of Bihu festival in Assam.

1) Rongaali Bihu also known as Bohaag Bihu

Rongali Bihu or Bohaag Bihu is the most important Bihu for people of Assam. During the festival, the young boys & girls in the villages don their traditional attire and singing bihu songs & dancing bihu. In this festival famous food take Pitha,

2) Kati Bihu also known as  Kongaali Bihu

3) Magh Bihu also known as Bhogaali Bihu
